HR Services to help your Business

Duffy HR offers 3 levels of HR Service designed to meet your needs and the size and structure of company: Enterprise, Professional and Basic.

  • Your own HR Manager

    You will have your own, named HR Manager who will get to know your business, its culture, you and all of your staff.

  • White Label Service

    Your HR Manager can work as part of your company providing hr services, using your email and your systems to ensure a seamless approach.

  • Personal Meetings

    Your HR Manager will attend quarterly meetings with you, at your premises to discuss your HR issues; current and future and your plans.

  • Attendance at Meetings

    Where required, your HR Manager will attend any difficult HR related meetings which you have, such as grievance, disciplinary etc.

  • HR Database

    You will be provided with access to your very own HR database where you will be able to manage your employee details (the content of a personnel file) including; personal details, sickness and how to manage it, holidays, disciplinary records, training records etc.

  • Quarterly Reports

    You will receive a quarterly report on all of your HR activity.

  • HR Administration

    HR Administration to cover the processes of; recruitment and selection, induction, performance reviews, employee handbook, contracts, appraisals etc.

  • Policies and Procedures

    Up to date policies and procedures to reflect current legislation.

  • Telephone Support

    Advice at the end of your telephone, when you need it.

  • Disciplinary and Grievance Support

    Within your policies, you will have the correct process for dealing with any disciplinary or grievance situation and help on hand where required.

  • Redundancy and TUPE support

    Guidance and support through any redundancy or TUPE situation to help you remain legally compliant.

  • Newsletter

    Each month, you will receive a newsletter from Duffy HR Consultancy to keep you up to date with any changes in the world of HR, including changes to legislation and how that will affect you and your business.
